Valentine’s weekend was nothing short of magical for us, as we teamed up with the fantastic Chilli Willy's for a pop-up like no other at First Draft Kitchen in Norwich.
We’ve always believed that crumpets deserve to be the star of the show, and this event gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase our handmade, artisan creations in a whole new way.
Every dish on the menu was a celebration of our flavoured crumpets, elevated with Chilli Willy's signature flair. From savory to sweet, we worked hard to craft a menu that reimagined the crumpet’s potential and gave our guests a dining experience that was both cozy and exciting.
It was incredible to see how our crumpets could bring people together, offering something familiar yet refreshingly different.
The atmosphere at First Draft Kitchen was warm and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. We were thrilled to hear so many positive reactions from our guests, and we loved seeing everyone enjoy the creativity and passion we put into every dish.
We also LOVED our nightly 'family dinners' with the First Draft staff, reflecting on the shift and laughing the night away. It's always a joy to collaborate with fellow small businesses in Norwich and so exciting to see the innovative events we can create together.
