GENERAL DELIVERY INFO
Our crumpets are made fresh and usually delivered every Thursday / Friday to your door.
Please check the header bar of the website for the next available delivery dates as we get booked up in advance. During checkout there is a prompt for you to tell us your preferred delivery date, so you can pre-order well in advance, for example, for special occasions.
We will let you know when orders will be ready to collect if you've selected that, and nationwide orders should receive tracking emails for when they'll be arriving.
IMPORTANT FOR NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES: Please try to tell us a 'safe place/ neighbour' to leave the crumpets in case no one's in. This stops the courier's redelivering the next day and ensures they are still as fresh as possible when they are received.
COLLECTION FROM NR3 2AG or NR7 0AY - FREE
Orders will be available to pick up on your allocated collection day - usually either Weds PM, Thursday or Friday. You may choose to collect them from Crumpetorium HQ (NR3 2AG) or we can take it to NR7 0AY if easier. Your order will arrive in our eco friendly paper bags (unless you've ordered gift wrapping).
NR1-NR7 POSTCODES - £3.65
If you live these postcodes, your crumpets will be delivered either by us or Zedify. They arrive in our eco friendly paper bags (unless you've ordered gift wrapping), and again, just let us know a safe place to leave them if no-one will be in.
NATIONWIDE UK MAINLAND* - £6.75
To make sure your crumpets arrive with you as soon as possible, we send them out the same day they're made using a tracked and traced overnight service, which will be delivered on a Thursday / Friday, and you will receive email/ SMS tracking & a delivery window on the day they'll be arriving as well as options for your delivery. Orders arrive boxed in our eco friendly packaging and wrapped in the best way we see fit to protect your order (may look different from photos).
If you've ordered gift wrapping, these will be double boxed to protect the gift box.
Nationwide deliveries must contain a minimum of 2 items, excluding gift wrap (e.g 2 packs of crumpets / 1 x crumpet + 1 x condiment jar / 1 x crumpets + 1 x tea).
*Unfortunately Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles and some postcodes in the Scottish Highlands are not covered by the overnight service therefore we are unable to delivery to these addresses. Click here for full list of exclusions >

If you are sending crumpets as a gift, feel free to ask us to include a hand written gift card free of charge. Simply add your message to the 'Gift notes' section on the cart page.

If you are buying one of our gift vouchers for someone, we have options of an 'E-voucher' that is emailed direct to you/ the recipient, or for £1.50 extra we can make and post them a physical gift card via 1st class post.
