NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES:

During December, you can order for deliveries to arrive Tuesday - Friday.

Due to the perishable nature of the products and the risks to delays with couriers, we have decided not to post any orders out too close to Christmas, but will be stopping our Nationwide deliveries on the 19th December.

But remember that our crumpets can be frozen for 2 months or longer and still taste just as great, so they can still be pre-ordered and served up on Christmas Day or over the festive period.

If you are sending them directly to the recipient, we have also added a free product which is a 'freeze me' sticker. If you add this to your basket, we will pop a large sticker on the outside of the courier box saying 'On arrival, put this whole box and it's contents in the freezer, not to be opened until [date]'. (We don't recommend freezing the condiment jars or tea however as they are likely to break in the freezer).

LOCAL DELIVERIES:

Deliveries (NR1 - NR7) and collections in the Norwich area are welcome to order for delivery up until the 22nd December.

PRE ORDERING:

During checkout, there is a prompt where you can write which date you'd like to book your delivery for, and we will do our best to fit you into your desired date, but may have to make changes once spaces fill up.
